Terms of Sale & Subscription Policy
1. General
These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through our website, including both one-time purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. One-Time Purchases
Orders for individual items are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped directly to the address provided at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
3. Subscription Orders
When you subscribe, your first order processes immediately and ships within 3–5 business days. Subsequent shipments are automatically renewed according to your selected frequency:
- Monthly
- Every other month
- Every three months
Your renewal date is based on your original purchase date. Renewals process automatically using the payment method on file. You will receive a reminder 7 days prior to renewal.
4. Managing Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account.
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please make changes before your renewal date. Once a renewal has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax is applied where required by law. By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method for each renewal cycle until you cancel.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery typically occurs within 3–5 business days of shipment. Processing times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team so we can assist in tracking or replacing your order.
7. Returns & Refunds
Because our products are made in small batches to ensure freshness and quality, refunds and replacements are available only for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
To request a replacement or refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at concierge@cleaningmama.com.
- Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue.
- Approved claims will be replaced or refunded to your original payment method.
8. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you need to update your shipping address or billing details, please do so before your next renewal date.
