1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms“) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User“) and Nahla Crafts LLC, d/b/a Cleaning Mama (“Company,” “we,” “us“) concerning your access to and use of the www.cleaningmama.com website and related services (the “Site and Services“). By accessing or using the Site/Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

3. Services

Cleaning Mama provides: (1) E-commerce and Product Sales of eco-friendly products, subject to our Payment, Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy. (2) Informational Resources and Content (“Content“) for educational purposes only. (3) Modifications: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice or liability.

4. User Representations

By using the Site, you warrant that: (1) all registration information is true, accurate, and complete; (2) you have the legal capacity and are not a minor; and (3) your use will comply with all applicable laws and will not be through automated means.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site, its code, designs, and all content (“Content“) and trademarks (“Marks“) are our proprietary property, protected by law, and provided “AS IS” for your personal use only.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Site for purposes other than those intended. Prohibited activities include: systematically retrieving data to create a database without permission; collecting user info to send unsolicited email; disrupting the Site; or using information to harass others.

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ACCESS TO THE SITE/SERVICES TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON, without notice or liability, including for breach of these Terms.

WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including lost profit or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the lesser of the amount paid by you in the six (6) months prior or $100.00 USD.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any loss or claim (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. We may assign our rights and obligations to others at any time.
